What we process

We process your email address, a one-way password hash, account and entitlement records, verification and password-reset state, short-lived device-bound compute grants, and limited operational logs needed to secure and run the beta.

What stays local

Solver projects and computation are designed to run on your computer. They are not uploaded to the account service as part of login or compute-grant checks.

Email delivery

We use Resend to deliver verification and password-reset emails. Verification codes are stored by Holdem Solver only as keyed hashes and expire after 15 minutes.

Security and retention

We use access controls, expiring tokens and revocation checks to protect beta access. We retain account records while the beta account remains active and retain operational records only as needed for security and reliability.
